General Information

We are delighted to offer you a wide range of high-quality unique print-on-demand prints, canvas products and calendars. Our products are made to order, ensuring you receive a fresh, unique piece every time. Please take a moment to review our shipping and refund policy to understand how we handle and process your orders.

Processing Time

Print-on-Demand Products: our calendars, prints, and canvas products are custom-made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and production before shipment. We are using globally recognized production partners to produce and ship our products from 130+ printing facilities in 32 countries. In most cases, products are fulfilled at the closest production center. Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfillment center exists within the same country.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team via chat or istvanmaar.photography@gmail.com.

Shipping Times and Methods

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping: Available upon request. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. Additional charges apply and may not be available in all destinations. 

Shipping Costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, the weight and dimension of the package and shipping method chosen. Free standard shipping on orders over AU$300.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Compliance: We comply with all regulations regarding international shipping. Please check with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees and regulations.

Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages: If your product arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date at the top will be updated accordingly.
