Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. As our products are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner, please allow additional time for printing before dispatch.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 3–9 business days
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- USA, Canada, UK & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Orders & Customs International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at istvanmaar.photography@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
