Wednesday morning was chilly. I know, the winter in Melbourne is not as cold as in Hungary where I was born, but now the forecast was 0 Celsius. In a normal winter the coldest morning is around the freezing point. And Wednesday was that day. There was no cloud on the sky, so there was no chance to keep the warm air here.
I like to travel to the city in the mornings. There is no rush, everything is slow, everyone is waiting for the sunrise to start the day.
When I left the Flinders Street Railway Station, I headed to see the Yarra from the Prince Bridge. I was not disappointed with the view – you can always trust on the blue hour in a cold, cloudless, windless morning.
